these were made different than the last ones I bought years ago that had gold shiney metal on them

Excellent pin, again.

This pin is about half the size of the standard, which is great for your collar, tie or anywhere else that the standard uniform pin would be too large.
Same design and quality as their larger uniform pin, and just as smooth and good looking. Well worth the price.
