How do I return an item?

Return and Exchange Procedures


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured U.S. Post Office within 7 days of receipt for a refund. If you return items after 7 days, a store credit will be issued on your account, which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used and or defective, FrontLine Designs, LLC. will not accept it and it will be returned to you.
Please use the following steps in returning your order:

1. If your order has been damaged by the carrier:
Call the carrier’s local office and request a representative pick up the damaged products. Pack the product in the original shipping box. The carrier will contact you and pick up the package. The carrier will contact FrontLine Designs, LLC. with the results of the investigation and we will take the appropriate actions.
2. If your order was incorrectly filled by FrontLine Designs, LLC. and/or you would like to return or exchange your product(s):
Please call us at (336) 499-4626 and a customer service representative will assist you in correcting your order Privacy Policy FrontLine Designs, LLC. will not sell, share, or in any way disseminate your personal contact information to third parties.  If for any reason you wish to be removed from our mailing list, not receive future marketing materials, change your personal information, or stop receiving newsletters, please call (336) 499-4626 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Returned items

1. Returned items by carrier (due to reason of undeliverable address) will be reshipped at the expense of FrontLine Designs, LLC. not to exceed one return shipment.

2. If the item is undeliverable on the second reshipment, the second reshipment cost will be deducted prior to the refund of the purchase price to the customer.
Important Legal Notice:

FrontLine Designs cannot know or be aware of all the local, state restrictions regarding the products we sell. Therefore, FrontLine Designs, LLC. does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on our website. When you place an order for "Law Enforcement Only" Blue Line items with us, you warrant that you are a sworn law enforcement agent, official, deputy or officer of the courts. FrontLine Designs, LLC. reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made.
All orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Welcome, North Carolina. All sales are subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina and by venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of North Carolina. No change, modification or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by FrontLine Designs, LLC. Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyers purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein by FrontLine Designs, LLC. Orders with incorrect or in-valid information will not be shipped.

Pricing Policy:

The pricing in this publication is current upon receipt. Every effort is made to keep our marketing materials error-free, but sometimes a mistake may slip by. In the event of any error, FrontLine Designs, LLC. reserves the right to correct the error. FrontLine Designs, LLC. also offers quantity discounts when purchasing large numbers. For a quantity price break, please ask your customer service representative for the necessary quantity and its pricing. Freight Policies Orders are received and processed daily. We may require 2 to 3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. Certain special items that are not kept in stock will require 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Please make sure you give us a physical street address or Post Office Box, due to the nature of our business, this is used as a safety precaution to ensure packages are received by purchaser. Items ship via US Postal service. Items may ship separately, and take 5 to 10 business days for delivery. We will notify you once your order has shipped via email if special circumstances apply.
Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer. You will receive an email once your order is processed as to if your item has been placed on back order from the manufacturer.
