RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the item is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To request a return, visit your customer account at https://shopify.com/11997930/account or email sales@frontlinedesigns.net. Please do not mail an item back before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from us.
Customized and Personalized Products
Customized and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned because of information submitted incorrectly by the customer, including errors involving spelling, wording, numbers, colors, sizes, or other selected options.
If we have questions about the information submitted with a customized order, we may contact you before beginning production. Customers are responsible for reviewing their customization information carefully before submitting an order.
If FrontLine Designs, LLC makes an error when creating your customized product, or if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace the item or issue an appropriate refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days at sales@frontlinedesigns.net. Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem so we can review and resolve it.
Return Shipping
For an approved return that is not the result of an error by FrontLine Designs, LLC, the customer is responsible for purchasing return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If the return is caused by an error by FrontLine Designs, LLC, or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and cover the applicable return-shipping cost.
All returns should be sent using a service that provides tracking. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item without tracking information.
