Shipping policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times. If an item is temporarily unavailable or another issue delays your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you.

Standard shipping is $4 for orders under $30 and free for orders of $30 or more. Standard shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage and includes tracking.

Optional FedEx shipping services are available at the rates shown during checkout. These services are charged at the full displayed rate. Free or $4 standard shipping does not apply as a credit toward FedEx shipping. FedEx delivery requires a physical street address.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by FrontLine Designs, LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an error made by FrontLine Designs, LLC, we will correct the error and reship the order at no additional cost.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping cost incurred by FrontLine Designs, LLC may be deducted from the refund.
